Von Estates started in late 2003 due to the iuncrease in demand for student accomodation in Liverpool. Our first project was to convert a victorian 3 storey property into a 13 rooms and 2 shops modern style.

This project lasted 6 months and was a great success, up to this day the property has been fully let and has paved the way for future developments.
